<p>A recognized regional law firm in Seattle is seeking an experienced<strong> Litigation Paralegal </strong>to join their team, which handles a variety of general liability and complex and/or commercial litigation matters.</p><p><br></p><p>The salary range for the role is 80-115k base with additional structured and discretionary bonus earnings on a standard billable target of 1400. The firm offers medical, dental, vision and life insurance, 3-4 weeks PTO DOE, 401k plus company match + profit sharing, transportation benefits and other perks.</p><p><br></p><p>They offer a flexible hybrid work structure, allowing paralegals to regularly work-from-home weekly if desired.</p>

<p>Ideal candidates will meet the following criteria:</p><p>- 6+ years as a litigation paralegal with some experience handling insurance defense matters a plus</p><p>- Experience supporting litigation cases from inception through trial phases and in the trial courtroom</p><p>- Experience utilizing eDiscovery software such as Everlaw or Relativity to organize, analyze and prepare discovery</p><p>- Advanced drafting of discovery, med chrons, motions and litigation documents</p><p>- Previous experience in a billable role with a track record of 100+ billed hours monthly</p><p>- Paralegal certification/degree desired but not required</p><p><br></p><p><strong>To be considered confidentially for this opportunity, please email your resume to Amy(period)Dillahunty(at)RobertHalf(period)com</strong></p>
