<p>Robert Half has an opening for a Data Analytics Engineer with a reputable client in Sarasota, FL.</p><p>Position kicks off Remote during office renovation - then becomes a Hybrid schedule in the coming months when renovation is complete.</p><p>Interviews are actively being scheduled - Apply NOW!</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Core Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Lead software/hardware upgrade projects</li><li>Design & automate ELT/ETL pipelines (Spark, Delta Lake, Databricks Workflows)</li><li>Ensure data accuracy w/ validation tools (Delta Live Tables, expectations/testing)</li><li>Support/maintain cloud + on-prem data systems</li><li>Governance via Unity Catalog + policy compliance</li><li>Develop and document data models using Python, PowerShell, PySpark, SQL</li><li>Provide technical training + internal customer support</li><li>Participate in on-call rotation (24/7 support when needed)</li></ul>
