Technical Project Manager
<p>We are looking for an experienced Software Development Project Manager to guide enterprise implementation initiatives for insurance clients in San Francisco, California. This contract position will oversee customer-facing deployment efforts from initial planning through rollout and adoption, while coordinating closely with internal partners and client stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in SaaS or enterprise software delivery, excellent communication skills, and the ability to keep complex projects on track in a fast-moving environment.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Direct full project lifecycles for enterprise software deployments, ensuring each engagement progresses smoothly from kickoff to successful go-live and user adoption.</p><p>• Act as the central point of coordination between customers and internal teams, aligning expectations around scope, schedules, milestones, and key outcomes.</p><p>• Partner with cross-functional groups such as Product, Customer Success, and Solutions Architecture to keep implementation activities organized and moving forward.</p><p>• Build and maintain detailed project documentation, including delivery plans, timelines, risk tracking, and regular progress updates.</p><p>• Lead client and internal meetings, including status reviews, training sessions, decision checkpoints, and implementation planning discussions.</p><p>• Anticipate delivery risks, dependencies, and roadblocks, then drive timely solutions to minimize impact on project success.</p><p>• Support onboarding and organizational readiness efforts to help customers adopt the platform effectively and realize business value.</p><p>• Oversee several active implementation projects at once while maintaining high standards for communication, organization, and customer experience.</p><p>• Prepare and deliver clear updates for leadership and executive stakeholders throughout the implementation process.</p>
<p>• 3–7+ years of experience in SaaS implementations, service delivery, enterprise software deployment, customer onboarding, or technical project/program management.</p><p>• Demonstrated success managing large-scale or complex enterprise software implementation engagements.</p><p>• Strong command of core project management practices, including planning, scheduling, dependency tracking, and risk management.</p><p>• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with customers, executives, and cross-functional teams.</p><p>• Experience in customer-facing delivery roles within B2B technology environments. Experience working within the insurance industry strong plus</p><p>• Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt quickly in a fast-paced or startup-oriented setting.</p><p>• Familiarity with product implementation management and stakeholder coordination across multiple workstreams.</p><p><br></p>
