Payroll Processor
We are looking for a skilled Payroll Processor to join our team on a long-term contract basis. This position involves managing comprehensive payroll operations for a large, multi-state workforce while ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations. Located in San Francisco, California, this role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic organization and collaborate with cross-functional teams.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Administer full-cycle payroll processing for over 2,000 employees across multiple states, ensuring all deadlines are met and compliance standards are upheld.<br>• Utilize ADP Workforce Now to process payroll accurately, maintain employee records, and address system-related issues.<br>• Handle tax filings, garnishments, benefit deductions, and other payroll-related adjustments with precision.<br>• Work closely with HR and Finance departments to reconcile payroll data, resolve discrepancies, and provide support for audits.<br>• Stay informed on payroll regulations and implement best practices to improve efficiency and compliance.<br>• Identify opportunities for process enhancements and proactively recommend solutions.<br>• Ensure all payroll-related documentation is accurate, organized, and up-to-date.<br>• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing employee payroll inquiries promptly and professionally.<br>• Support the integration and optimization of payroll systems to meet organizational needs.
• Minimum of 5 years of payroll experience, including overseeing payroll for 2,000+ employees.<br>• Proficiency in multi-state payroll processing and compliance.<br>• Extensive experience with ADP Workforce Now, including troubleshooting and system navigation.<br>• Strong knowledge of payroll laws, tax regulations, and best practices.<br>• Background in AI, technology, or SaaS industries is highly preferred.<br>• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.<br>• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with HR and Finance teams.<br>• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
