IT Project Manager
<p><strong>About the Project</strong></p><p>Our client, a mission-driven organization in the nonprofit sector, is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead several high‑impact technology initiatives focused on modernizing our infrastructure, improving security, and supporting agency‑wide digital transformation. This individual will play a critical role in driving cross‑functional coordination, ensuring successful deployment of new systems, and supporting end‑users throughout each implementation. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, highly organized, and skilled at working directly with business stakeholders, technical teams, and end users across multiple locations.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>The Project Manager will lead key technology initiatives focused on system cleanup, security enhancements, and implementing Single Sign-On (SSO) across critical applications.</li><li>This role requires strong coordination with technical teams, business stakeholders, and end users to ensure smooth deployment, clear communication, and effective adoption of updated systems and security standards.</li><li>Primary responsibilities include managing two major projects: the migration of all agency locations from the Comcast phone system to Microsoft Teams Voice, and partnering with Finance leadership to implement a new budgeting SaaS tool.</li><li>The Project Manager will oversee timelines, user engagement, vendor coordination, and rollout activities for both initiatives, working closely with the new CFO and Director IT to ensure successful delivery and transition.</li></ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>5+ years of experience as a Project Manager or similar role leading technical projects. </li><li>Demonstrated experience with SaaS implementations, enterprise system migrations, or telephony/communications platforms. </li><li>Strong understanding of security concepts and SSO/identity management practices.</li><li>Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Ability to work across multiple sites and support diverse end-user groups.</li><li>Experience with Microsoft Teams, budgeting/finance tools, or phone system migrations preferred.</li><li>Experience working in non-profit organizations a plus.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p>
