<p>We are looking for a dedicated Shipping Supervisor to oversee shipping operations and inventory management at our facility in Salinas, California. In this role, you will ensure the seamless coordination of shipping processes, inventory tracking, and documentation while maintaining high standards of efficiency and accuracy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inventory control and shipping procedures, coupled with excellent organizational and leadership skills.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Oversee daily shipping operations, ensuring that all products are dispatched accurately and on time.</p><p>• Manage and track inventory levels to maintain optimal stock and avoid discrepancies.</p><p>• Coordinate with assembly lines to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.</p><p>• Conduct annual physical inventory checks and reconcile discrepancies effectively.</p><p>• Supervise asset inventory processes to ensure proper documentation and accountability.</p><p>• Operate forklifts and other machinery as needed to facilitate shipping and inventory tasks.</p><p>• Prepare and review shipping documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.</p><p>• Monitor and improve shipping workflows to enhance operational efficiency.</p><p>• Train and guide team members on shipping procedures and inventory management practices.</p><p>• Collaborate with other departments to streamline shipping and receiving operations.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>Posted by Recruiting Director Scott G. <p>• Proven experience in shipping supervision or inventory management roles.</p><p>• Strong knowledge of shipping operations, including documentation and software.</p><p>• Familiarity with inventory tracking systems and procedures.</p><p>• Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.</p><p>• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.</p><p>• Proficiency in coordinating with assembly lines and managing inventory.</p><p>• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform accurate reconciliations.</p><p>• Effective communication and leadership abilities.</p><p>Bilingual Skills: English &amp; Spanish required </p>
