We are looking for a skilled Software Engineer to contribute to the development and integration of a new website using Blackbaud Altru. As part of this contract position, you will focus on delivering a seamless digital experience for users while ensuring robust functionality for ticketing, membership, donations, and event management. This role is based in Saint Paul, Minnesota, and requires expertise in web development and Altru configuration.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Design and develop a responsive and visually appealing website integrated with Blackbaud Altru to support various functions such as ticketing, memberships, and donations.<br>• Configure and customize Altru modules to align with organizational workflows and fundraising objectives.<br>• Implement secure and efficient data integration between the website and Altru systems.<br>• Conduct comprehensive testing to ensure website functionality, data synchronization, and optimal user experience.<br>• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to maintain system reliability and performance.<br>• Create detailed documentation for workflows, configurations, and integrations to support future development and maintenance.<br>• Train internal teams on the use of Altru features and website management tools.<br>• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the website aligns with branding and accessibility standards.<br>• Maintain awareness of industry best practices for web development and nonprofit software solutions.<br>• Provide ongoing support for system updates and enhancements.

• Proven experience in Blackbaud Altru configuration and development.<br>• Proficiency in programming languages and frameworks such as C#, .NET, ASP.NET, JavaScript, and React.js.<br>• Strong understanding of web development principles, including responsive design and UI/UX best practices.<br>• Familiarity with data integration processes and secure data management.<br>• Knowledge of nonprofit workflows related to fundraising, ticketing, and memberships.<br>• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.<br>• Ability to create technical documentation and provide training to non-technical users.<br>• Experience working in collaborative environments to meet project goals and deadlines.
