HR Generalist
We are looking for a skilled HR Generalist to join our team in Reading, Massachusetts. This is a long-term contract position offering the opportunity to contribute to various human resources functions, including employee relations, benefits administration, and payroll processing. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in HR practices and systems, ensuring efficient and effective support for the organization.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive workplace environment.<br>• Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.<br>• Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, communication, and issue resolution.<br>• Process payroll using ADP Workforce Now or other HR payroll systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.<br>• Maintain and update human resources information systems (HRIS) to ensure data integrity.<br>• Provide guidance and support to employees on HR policies and procedures.<br>• Collaborate with management to implement HR initiatives and strategies.<br>• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations across all HR activities.<br>• Conduct regular audits of HR processes to identify and address areas for improvement.
• Proven experience in employee relations and HR administration.<br>• Proficiency in using HRIS systems, such as ADP Workforce Now.<br>• Strong knowledge of payroll processing and related systems.<br>• Familiarity with benefits administration and enrollment processes.<br>• Ability to manage onboarding procedures efficiently.<br>• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.<br>• Understanding of labor laws and compliance requirements.<br>• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
