We are looking for a skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team in Raleigh, North Carolina. This is a Contract to permanent position within the dynamic food and food processing industry. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing across multiple locations, demonstrating expertise in payroll systems and compliance. Responsibilities: • Process full-cycle payroll for a multi-state workforce, ensuring accuracy and compliance. • Manage payroll for over 500 employees across various farm and warehouse locations. • Utilize ADP Workforce Now to execute payroll tasks efficiently. • Address and resolve payroll discrepancies in a timely manner. • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations. • Prepare and distribute payroll reports as needed. • Collaborate with HR and management to support payroll-related inquiries. • Implement and improve payroll processes to enhance efficiency. • Ensure employee data is accurately maintained within the payroll system.

• Proven experience in full-cycle payroll processing. • Expertise in handling multi-state payroll operations. • Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now or similar payroll software. • Familiarity with payroll compliance regulations. • Ability to manage payroll for large teams exceeding 500 employees. • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. • Excellent problem-solving abilities and organizational skills. • Effective communication skills to collaborate with various departments.
