Outside Sales Representative
<p>We are looking for a skilled and personable Outside Sales Representative to join our team in Raleigh, North Carolina. This contract-to-permanent position offers an excellent opportunity for detail-oriented growth. The ideal candidate will excel in communication and have the patience to build strong relationships while thoroughly reviewing agreements.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.</p><p>• Conduct detailed reviews of agreements with customers to ensure clarity and mutual understanding.</p><p>• Utilize Wellsky and ClearCare systems to manage sales processes effectively and efficiently.</p><p>• Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities to drive business growth.</p><p>• Collaborate with team members to develop innovative strategies for maximizing sales.</p><p>• Provide exceptional support and guidance to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.</p><p>• Monitor sales performance and report results to inform future strategies.</p><p>• Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to maintain a competitive edge.</p><p>• Represent the company in a detail-oriented manner during client meetings and industry events.</p>
• Proven experience in outside sales, demonstrating strong interpersonal and communication skills.<br>• Familiarity with Wellsky and ClearCare systems is preferred.<br>• Ability to work independently while maintaining a proactive approach to tasks.<br>• Exceptional patience and attention to detail for reviewing agreements thoroughly.<br>• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple client relationships and sales processes.<br>• Willingness to adapt to hybrid or remote work environments.<br>• Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities.<br>• Proficiency in maximizing sales and driving revenue growth.
