<p>Robert Half is looking for an ambitious Controller to join a well-respected company. The Controller oversees all financial operations including supervising and performing core accounting functions such as financial reporting, timekeeping, billing, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll. The Controller will lead the overall financial planning and management efforts. This permanent position is for a Controller who will work in the Philadelphia region.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Leads and supervises the day‑to‑day operations of the accounting department</li><li>Drives the planning and execution of the annual budget</li><li>Oversees all financial and tax reporting</li><li>Manages general ledger and trust accounting activities</li><li>Supports billing and collections to ensure timely cash flow</li><li>Monitors and manages cash flow operations</li><li>Maintains banking relationships and reviews daily bank deposits</li><li>Ensures trust accounts remain fully compliant with all regulations and requirements</li><li>Reviews and approves accounts payable</li><li>Assigns projects and guides staff to ensure accuracy, compliance, and high‑quality work</li></ul>

<p>The ideal Controller candidate should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education.
