We are looking for an experienced Sr. Accountant to join our team in Oxnard, California. This position plays a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting month-end close activities, and strengthening cash management practices. The ideal candidate brings strong technical accounting knowledge, sound analytical ability, and a collaborative approach to working across finance and business partners. Responsibilities: • Manage month-end and periodic close activities by preparing journal entries, reviewing financial data, and completing account reconciliations. • Perform detailed reconciliations across general ledger and bank accounts to maintain accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly. • Contribute to internal and external audit activities by preparing documentation and helping ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. • Analyze financial information using Excel and company systems to produce meaningful reports and support decision-making. • Track daily cash activity and liquidity levels to help maintain effective oversight of available funds. • Develop cash flow projections and related reporting to support short-term and long-term financial planning. • Execute treasury-related transactions, including wire activity and other routine financial movements, with accuracy and timeliness. • Maintain organized, current financial records and coordinate with internal teams and banking partners to improve cash management processes. • Provide backup support to the Finance Manager and assist with additional accounting and finance responsibilities as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. • At least five years of experience in accounting, finance, or audit-focused roles. • Strong working knowledge of general ledger activity, journal entries, account reconciliations, and bank reconciliations. • Experience supporting accounts payable and accounts receivable processes within a broader accounting environment. • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Excel, for financial analysis and reporting. • Excellent organizational skills with a high level of accuracy and consistency in recurring financial tasks. • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments. • Self-directed and proactive, with the ability to manage priorities independently in a fast-moving environment.
