Inside Sales Representative
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Oxnard, California. This contract position offers an exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic manufacturing and production environment, focusing on building strong customer relationships and supporting sales operations. The ideal candidate will excel in managing orders, assisting with quotes, and ensuring seamless communication with clients and colleagues.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Accurately input customer orders into the system, ensuring precision and timeliness.<br>• Create and deliver quotes based on customer inquiries while adhering to deadlines.<br>• Collaborate with outside sales representatives to follow up on warm leads and drive sales conversions.<br>• Maintain organized records of orders, quotes, and client communications using Excel and other tools.<br>• Provide exceptional support for repeat customers, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.<br>• Handle detailed product information, including lengthy part numbers, with accuracy and focus.<br>• Support the sales process by managing inbound and outbound communications effectively.<br>• Actively contribute to achieving sales goals and enhancing overall team performance.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in inside or sales support roles.<br>• Proficiency in managing post-sales activities and coordinating order entries.<br>• Strong skills in handling inbound and outbound sales communications.<br>• Advanced knowledge of Excel and other organizational tools for tracking and reporting.<br>• Exceptional attention to detail, particularly when working with intricate product data.<br>• Proven ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships.<br>• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work seamlessly with sales teams.<br>• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
