<p>We are looking for a Power BI Developer to support a contract engagement. In this role, you will design and deliver Power BI reporting solutions that transform complex ServiceNow data into clear, actionable insights for identity and access management stakeholders. This opportunity is ideal for someone who can work independently, solve challenging data issues, and communicate effectively with both technical teams and business partners.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that present operational and business data in a clear, usable format.</p><p>• Analyze ServiceNow data structures, including tables, fields, relationships, and endpoints, to identify the most effective reporting approach.</p><p>• Extract, cleanse, transform, and model data from ServiceNow for accurate and scalable reporting solutions.</p><p>• Recreate key reporting logic and functional outcomes from an existing reference report while adapting them to a different source system.</p><p>• Investigate complex data issues across multiple systems and resolve technical challenges with minimal oversight.</p><p>• Partner with security, identity and access, and operations teams to gather reporting needs and refine deliverables.</p><p>• Communicate project risks, dependencies, access limitations, and roadblocks in a timely and proactive manner.</p><p>• Document report logic, data sources, and development decisions to support transparency and long-term usability.</p>

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience developing reports and dashboards in Power BI; 5 or more years is strongly preferred.<br>• Strong practical experience working with ServiceNow data, including knowledge of its underlying structures and relationships.<br>• Proven ability to transform and model complex source data for reporting, trend analysis, and visualization purposes.<br>• Experience interpreting existing reporting logic and rebuilding equivalent functionality using alternate data sources.<br>• Solid understanding of data relationships, historical reporting methods, and advanced visualization design.<br>• Ability to troubleshoot ambiguous technical issues independently and determine effective solutions.<br>• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.<br>• Collaborative mindset and demonstrated success working with cross-functional stakeholders in focused project environments.
