Inside Sales Representative
<p><strong>Job Summary</strong></p><p>We are seeking a motivated, energetic, and results-driven Inside Sales Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you will identify prospective customers, qualify leads, and support the sales pipeline through outbound outreach and relationship building. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who is comfortable making calls, sending emails, and engaging with potential clients to generate new business opportunities.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Prospect and identify potential customers through outbound calls, emails, and other outreach methods</li><li>Qualify inbound and outbound leads to determine sales opportunities</li><li>Schedule meetings or product demonstrations for the sales team</li><li>Maintain accurate lead and activity records in the CRM system</li><li>Follow up with prospective clients in a timely and professional manner</li><li>Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support campaign efforts and pipeline growth</li><li>Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity and lead generation goals</li><li>Develop a strong understanding of company products and services to effectively communicate value propositions</li></ul><p><br></p>
<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred</li><li>1+ years of sales, inside sales, business development, or customer-facing experience preferred</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Comfortable with cold calling and high-volume outreach</li><li>Experience using CRM platforms and Microsoft Office preferred</li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail</li><li>Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Skills</strong></p><ul><li>Experience in lead generation or appointment setting</li><li>Ability to handle objections and build rapport quickly</li><li>Goal-oriented mindset with a strong desire to succeed in sales</li></ul><p><br></p>
