<p>Our client is a rapidly expanding company who is seeking a Regional Controller located between Annapolis and Baltimore. <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.</li><li>Minimum 7 years progressive accounting experience in construction, service, or related industries.</li><li>Hands-on expertise in integrating acquired businesses and harmonizing disparate accounting systems.</li><li>Advanced knowledge of POC accounting, ASC606, ASC842, and technical GAAP requirements.</li><li>Proven leadership ability managing—directly and indirectly—a multi-person team.</li><li>Strong communication and problem-solving skills; experience influencing change and driving improvements.</li></ul><p><br></p>
