PC Technician
<p>We are partnering with a growing technology services team in the Green Bay area that is looking to add an Endpoint Service Technician to their break/fix desktop support team. This is a hands-on, hardware-focused role ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, repairing devices, and working in a fast-paced technical lab environment.</p><p>What You’ll Be Doing</p><p>As part of a collaborative team, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and related hardware equipment. This position is heavily focused on physical device repair and break/fix support rather than traditional help desk work.</p><p>Daily responsibilities include:</p><ul><li>Diagnosing and repairing laptops, desktops, iPhones, and mobile devices</li><li>Performing device disassembly/reassembly and hardware replacement</li><li>Troubleshooting hardware and software issues across Apple and Microsoft environments</li><li>Supporting HP, Apple, Lenovo, and Dell devices</li><li>Maintaining efficient ticket turnaround and repair throughput</li><li>Assisting with new device setup and deployment</li><li>Occasionally traveling within the Green Bay/Fox Valley area for onsite installations or deployments</li><li>Handling and unpackaging equipment and materials (must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.)</li></ul><p>This team supports a high-volume repair environment, averaging approximately 5–15 PCs and 2–4 phones repaired daily.</p><p>Technical Environment</p><ul><li>Apple products and devices</li><li>Microsoft products and operating systems</li><li>HP, Dell, Lenovo hardware</li></ul><p><br></p>
<p>What We’re Looking For</p><ul><li>2+ years of hands-on hardware break/fix experience</li><li>Experience repairing laptops, desktops, and/or mobile devices</li><li>Prior experience working in a PC repair shop, repair depot, or corporate hardware support environment preferred</li><li>Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills</li><li>Ability to work independently in a fast-paced repair environment</li><li>Customer service and communication skills for follow-up and issue resolution</li></ul><p>Preferred Certifications</p><ul><li>CompTIA A+</li><li>Apple certifications or related technical certifications</li></ul><p>Additional Details</p><ul><li>Onsite role located in Green Bay, WI</li><li>Lab-style work environment with dedicated workspace for device repairs</li><li>Opportunity to work with a variety of modern endpoint technologies and devices</li></ul><p><br></p>
