<p>We are seeking a Senior/Staff Software Engineer to lead technical strategy and architect scalable systems. This role involves influencing engineering best practices, mentoring teams, and owning complex technical initiatives.</p><p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p><ul><li>Lead architecture and design for large-scale systems and platforms</li><li>Build and optimize high-performance services in <strong>Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, C#, C++, Go, Swift, Ruby,</strong> or <strong>PHP</strong></li><li>Set engineering standards for testing, observability, and reliability</li><li>Improve scalability, cloud infrastructure, and system resilience</li><li>Mentor engineers at all levels and support hiring efforts</li><li>Drive cross-functional collaboration with Product, Design, and Leadership</li><li>Lead incident response and root-cause analysis initiatives</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p>

<p><strong>Basic Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>6–10+ years of professional software engineering experience</li><li>Advanced expertise in one or more languages:</li><li><strong>Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, C#, C++, Go, Swift, Ruby, PHP</strong></li><li>Strong system design and distributed systems experience</li><li>Proven experience owning end-to-end delivery of complex projects</li><li>Deep knowledge of cloud architecture, microservices, and DevOps practices</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Experience building highly scalable, low-latency systems</li><li>Background in security, compliance, or regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, fintech)</li><li>Experience leading multi-team engineering initiatives</li><li>Strong communication and technical leadership skills</li></ul><p><br></p>
