<p>We are seeking an experienced <strong>Lead .NET Developer</strong> to join our team in a key technical leadership role. This position is ideal for a hands-on full-stack development leader with deep expertise in the Microsoft technology stack and a passion for building scalable, modern software solutions.</p><p>The ideal candidate will bring <strong>7+ years of .NET/C# development experience</strong> and <strong>3+ years of experience serving as a software architect, technical lead, or similar leadership role</strong>. You will play a critical role in shaping technical strategy, leading development efforts, and delivering high-quality applications across both frontend and backend environments.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Lead the design, development, and implementation of full-stack applications using .NET technologies</li><li>Drive end-to-end system architecture and technical solution design</li><li>Provide hands-on development support across frontend UI and backend services</li><li>Lead and mentor developers, promoting coding standards, best practices, and technical excellence</li><li>Collaborate closely with stakeholders, project managers, designers, and end users to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions</li><li>Own technical direction for software projects, including architecture, framework selection, and development standards</li><li>Build and maintain modern web applications using <strong>Blazor</strong>, <strong>ASP.NET Core</strong>, and <strong>Entity Framework Core</strong></li><li>Design and optimize <strong>SQL</strong> databases, queries, and stored procedures</li><li>Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and continuous improvement efforts</li><li>Ensure applications are secure, maintainable, and aligned with business goals</li></ul><p><br></p>

<ul><li><strong>7+ years</strong> of hands-on experience with <strong>.NET and C# development</strong></li><li><strong>3+ years</strong> in a <strong>technical lead or lead developer</strong> role</li><li>Strong experience with the full Microsoft development stack</li><li>Proven expertise in:</li><li><strong>Blazor</strong></li><li><strong>ASP.NET Core</strong></li><li><strong>Entity Framework Core</strong></li><li><strong>SQL / SQL Server</strong></li><li>Full-stack development experience spanning both UI and backend development</li><li>Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and scalable application development</li><li>Experience leading development teams and owning technical project direction</li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders</li></ul><p><br></p>
