<p><strong>Job Description:</strong></p><p>Our client, a growing distribution company located in the downtown area, is seeking an experienced <strong>Inventory Analyst</strong> for a temp-to-perm opportunity. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills and experience managing inventory accuracy, reporting, and operational support within a fast-paced distribution environment.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Monitor inventory levels and analyze stock movements to support operational efficiency</li><li>Investigate inventory discrepancies and partner with warehouse and operations teams to resolve issues</li><li>Maintain accurate inventory records across internal systems</li><li>Prepare and review inventory reports, including trends, variances, and replenishment data</li><li>Assist with cycle counts, physical inventory audits, and reconciliation processes</li><li>Identify opportunities to improve inventory control procedures and reporting accuracy</li><li>Support purchasing, supply chain, and operations teams with inventory-related analysis</li><li>Ensure timely and accurate data entry and documentation</li></ul><p>If you are qualified and interested in this role, please call Victoria at 786.801.5830 or email [email protected]</p>

<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>2+ years of experience in inventory analysis, inventory control, or a related supply chain/distribution role</li><li>Experience working in a distribution, warehouse, or logistics environment preferred</li><li>Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including reporting and data analysis</li><li>Experience with ERP or inventory management systems</li><li>High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities</li><li>Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills</li><li>Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required based on experience</li><li>Advanced Excel is a MUST</li></ul><p><br></p>
