The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills and deep expertise in financial operations, particularly within a product-based company or manufacturer. This role offers a dynamic environment where you will oversee critical accounting functions and contribute to the company's strategic financial planning.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Lead and manage the accounting department, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all financial operations.</p><p>• Oversee month-end closing processes, including reconciliation and preparation of financial statements.</p><p>• Develop and implement budgeting strategies to align with organizational goals.</p><p>• Conduct financial planning and analysis to support decision-making and improve profitability.</p><p>• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions with a focus on process optimization.</p><p>• Supervise auditing processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.</p><p>• Utilize accounting software systems, such as QuickBooks</p><p>• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance CRM and reporting tools like Crystal Reports.</p><p>• Monitor and evaluate financial performance metrics, providing actionable insights to leadership.</p><p>• Train and mentor staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and growth.</p>

<p>• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is required.</p><p>• A minimum of 7 years of experience in accounting or financial management within a product-based company.</p><p>• Proven leadership and management experience, including overseeing teams.</p><p>• • Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and auditing processes.</p><p>• Advanced skills in financial planning and analysis, including budgeting and forecasting.</p><p>• Expertise in using Excel for complex financial modeling and reporting.</p><p>• Familiarity with CRM systems and tools for enhancing operational efficiency.</p>
