As part of this contract-to-permanent position, you will play a key role in supporting financial operations by managing bookkeeping tasks, processing invoices, and reconciling bank statements. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is proficient in accounting software. Responsibilities:• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure accurate and timely payments.• Perform bank reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.• Process invoices and ensure proper documentation for all transactions.• Handle general ledger entries and maintain organized accounting records.• Prepare and post journal entries to support financial reporting.• Utilize QuickBooks and Excel to analyze data and create financial spreadsheets.• Collaborate with the store controller to support daily accounting operations.• Maintain attention to detail while working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during all accounting activities.• Assist with billing and other financial tasks as needed.
