As a Front Desk Coordinator, you will play a key role in creating exceptional experiences for employees and visitors, ensuring every interaction reflects top-tier service. This is a Contract position where your ability to manage multiple priorities with efficiency and grace will be highly valued.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Provide a warm and welcoming environment for employees, guests, and visitors at the front desk.<br>• Coordinate conference room bookings and oversee setup and breakdown for meetings and events.<br>• Maintain the organization and cleanliness of lobby and front desk areas.<br>• Respond promptly to service requests and resolve issues related to building operations, including janitorial services, mailroom management, and equipment maintenance.<br>• Act as a central information resource for building, campus, and area-related inquiries.<br>• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and support.<br>• Handle client concerns and anticipate their needs to ensure satisfaction.<br>• Assist with event planning, execution, and follow-up as needed.<br>• Communicate effectively with all levels of management, ensuring smooth operations.<br>• Perform additional duties as assigned to support the team.
