Controller A client of ours is looking for a Controller to oversee and manage all aspects of accounting operations and financial reporting for a contract role. This role is responsible for ensuring accuracy, compliance, and integrity across financial processes while supporting leadership with strategic financial insights. The ideal candidate brings deep technical accounting expertise, strong organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, multi-entity environment. Responsibilities of Controller<ul><li>Prepare, review, and record financial transactions related to assets, liabilities, revenue, and expenses.</li><li>Reconcile balance sheet and income statement accounts; maintain general ledgers, trial balances, and supporting workpapers.</li><li>Lead month-end and year-end close processes across multiple subsidiaries.</li><li>Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and management reports.</li><li>Support external audits by providing thorough documentation and responding to audit inquiries.</li><li>Manage incurred cost proposals and oversee compliance with applicable government reporting requirements.</li><li>Ensure adherence to internal control policies, legal standards, and Delegation of Authority guidelines.</li><li>Maintain strict confidentiality of financial data and sensitive information.</li><li>Assist with special accounting, finance, and process-improvement projects as needed.</li></ul>

Skills/Qualifications of Controller<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.</li><li>10+ years of progressive experience in general accounting and corporate finance.</li><li>Strong knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP, including IFRS 15 and IFRS 16.</li><li>Demonstrated experience with full-cycle accounting, including operational planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.</li><li>Proven ability to manage complex month-end close processes across multiple entities.</li><li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong command of the Microsoft Office Suite.</li><li>Exceptional attention to detail with a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.</li><li>Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently and within a team environment.</li><li>Strong communication skills with a calm, methodical, and solutions-oriented approach.</li><li>Experience with Microsoft Dynamics F& O or Deltek GCS.(preferred)</li><li>Proficiency with business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms to develop dashboards and financial reports.</li><li>Familiarity with ADP Payroll systems.</li><li>CPA certification or active progress toward obtaining one(preferred).</li></ul> If you are interested in this or similar Controller roles, please contact our team at 484.254.9060 for additional information and reference JO# 03710-0013354448
