<p>Job Title: Senior Salesforce Developer</p><p><strong>Location:</strong> Remote (Must work Pacific Time hours)</p><p><strong>Compensation:</strong> $150,000 base salary + performance bonus</p><p>About the Role</p><p>We are seeking a highly skilled <strong>Senior Salesforce Developer</strong> to independently design, build, and scale complex Salesforce solutions that support critical business systems and integrations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a remote environment, takes ownership end-to-end, and enjoys solving challenging technical problems across Salesforce and cloud platforms.</p><p>You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable applications, integrations, and data pipelines while following best practices for performance, security, and maintainability.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p>

<p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Independently design, develop, and implement <strong>highly complex, scalable Salesforce applications</strong> using:</li><li>Advanced <strong>Apex</strong></li><li>Complex <strong>Lightning Web Components (LWC)</strong></li><li>Advanced declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder, validations, approvals)</li><li>Architect and maintain <strong>robust back-end services, APIs, and automation workflows</strong> using <strong>Node.js and Python</strong></li><li>Design and manage <strong>integrations between Salesforce and external systems</strong>, ensuring reliability, scalability, and data integrity</li><li>Build and manage <strong>data pipelines and ETL processes</strong> on the <strong>Azure platform</strong> and <strong>Salesforce Data 360</strong></li><li>Develop and maintain cloud-based solutions leveraging <strong>Azure and/or AWS</strong></li><li>Optimize application performance, data models, and automation for scale</li><li>Ensure adherence to Salesforce and cloud security best practices</li><li>Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions</li><li>Provide technical leadership, documentation, and guidance for ongoing enhancements and support</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Required Qualifications</p><ul><li>6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience</li><li>Deep expertise in <strong>Apex</strong>, <strong>LWC</strong>, and Salesforce declarative automation</li><li>Strong experience building and consuming <strong>REST/SOAP APIs</strong></li><li>Proficiency in <strong>Node.js and Python</strong> for backend services and integrations</li><li>Hands-on experience with <strong>Azure</strong>, including ETL pipelines and cloud services</li><li>Strong understanding of data architecture, integration patterns, and scalable system design</li><li>Experience working independently in a remote environment</li><li>Ability to work <strong>Pacific Time (PST) hours</strong></li><li>Drive the implementation of Einstein Copilot, predictive analytics, and generative AI features into critical marketing and sales workflows, focusing on optimization and measurable business outcomes.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Preferred Qualifications</p><ul><li>Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Integration Architecture Designer, or similar)</li><li>Experience with <strong>Salesforce Data 360</strong></li><li>Familiarity with <strong>AWS</strong> in addition to Azure</li><li>Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for Salesforce</li><li>Prior experience in high-growth or enterprise-scale environments</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p>
