We are looking for a highly skilled Project Manager/Sr. Consultant to join our team on a long-term contract basis. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in IT project management, particularly with implementing CargoWise systems, and demonstrate a proven ability to lead complex projects. This role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills to ensure successful project delivery. Responsibilities:• Oversee the end-to-end implementation of CargoWise systems, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.• Collaborate closely with C-Suite executives and System Architects to define project scope and deliverables.• Utilize Agile Scrum methodologies to manage project workflows and optimize team performance.• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones and objectives.• Manage risks, budgets, and project schedules to ensure successful outcomes.• Provide expertise in the Warehouse module and transit operations, contributing to seamless system integrations.• Facilitate regular status meetings and provide clear updates to stakeholders at all levels.• Develop and implement strategies to address challenges during software implementations.• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
