We are looking for a dedicated Bilingual Case Manager to join our team in Los Angeles, California. In this long-term contract role, you will play a vital part in supporting program participants and providers, ensuring the smooth operation of administrative processes. Responsibilities:• Recruit participants and providers to successfully meet program goals.• Organize and oversee special projects as directed by supervisors, ensuring timely completion.• Manage enrollment, certification, and re-certification processes for program participants.• Conduct audits of parent and provider files to ensure compliance and accuracy.• Assist participants in resolving challenges related to employers, schools, children, and providers.• Maintain and update contracts, forms, records, and reports for program participants and providers.• Coordinate parent education initiatives and foster parent involvement in program activities.• Ensure adherence to Community Care Licensing regulations and program-specific contractual requirements.• Participate in departmental and agency meetings, workshops, and conferences to support the development of attention to detail.• Refer enhanced cases to appropriate departments or resources for additional support.

• Bachelor’s degree in Child Development or a related field is preferred. • At least two years of direct experience in Resource and Referral or Alternative Payment Program settings. • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with bilingual proficiency in Spanish, Korean, Russian, or Armenian preferred. • Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations and interpret data such as rates, ratios, and percentages. • Skilled in problem-solving with the ability to identify and resolve issues effectively. • Proficient in administrative tasks such as calendar management, scheduling, and answering inbound calls. • Demonstrated ability to manage competing demands and adapt to changing environments. • Knowledge of Community Care Licensing regulations and program-specific guidelines is a plus.
