<p>We are seeking a <strong>Senior Systems Engineer</strong> with strong <strong>Azure expertise</strong> to join our IT infrastructure team. This individual will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud and on-premises solutions that support our growing business. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of Microsoft Azure, systems engineering best practices, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Design, implement, and manage <strong>Azure cloud infrastructure</strong> including networking, storage, and compute resources</li><li>Support and optimize <strong>Windows Server environments</strong> (Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, etc.)</li><li>Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve <strong>system performance and availability issues</strong> across hybrid environments</li><li>Collaborate with development and security teams to ensure compliance and system resiliency</li><li>Implement <strong>automation and scripting solutions</strong> (PowerShell, Azure CLI, etc.) to streamline operations</li><li>Lead system upgrades, migrations, and disaster recovery planning</li><li>Provide <strong>tier-3 technical support</strong> for complex issues escalated from the IT support team</li><li>Document system architecture, configurations, and processes for knowledge sharing</li><li>Stay current with emerging cloud technologies and recommend improvements</li></ul><p><br></p>

<p>Qualifications</p><ul><li><strong>Bachelor’s degree</strong> in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)</li><li><strong>7+ years</strong> of systems engineering experience, with at least <strong>3+ years focused on Azure</strong></li><li>Hands-on experience with:</li><li>Azure IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS solutions</li><li>Azure Active Directory, Security Center, and Monitoring tools</li><li>Virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)</li><li>Networking fundamentals (firewalls, load balancers, VPNs)</li><li>Proficiency in <strong>scripting/automation</strong> (PowerShell, Azure CLI, or similar)</li><li>Strong understanding of <strong>backup, disaster recovery, and high-availability</strong> strategies</li><li>Excellent problem-solving and communication skills</li><li>Microsoft Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-104, AZ-305) are a plus</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Why Join Us</p><ul><li>Opportunity to work with cutting-edge <strong>Azure cloud technologies</strong></li><li>Collaborative and supportive team culture</li><li>Competitive compensation and benefits package</li><li>Professional growth and certification support</li></ul><p><br></p>
