<p><strong><u>Job description:</u></strong></p><p>Serve as an escalation point with responsibility for servers, networks, security, and cloud platforms.</p><p> · Install, configure, and maintain Windows servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPOs, and file/print services.</p><p> · Manage end user support for Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune, OneDrive) and Azure Active Directory environments.</p><p> · Monitor system performance, network connectivity, and security compliance using tools such as Fortinet, Bitdefender, and other compliance related applications.</p><p> · Research, evaluate, and recommend IT infrastructure solutions to meet business requirements.</p><p> · Implement infrastructure upgrades, including patching, backups, and resource optimization.</p><p> · Deploy and maintain services in Windows, virtualized, and containerized environments (VMware, Hyper-V).</p><p> · Provide incident resolution, problem determination, and root-cause analysis.</p><p> · Support disaster recovery planning, testing, and execution.</p><p> · Document processes, maintain technical knowledge base, and coach junior IT staff.</p><p> · Complete small projects, infrastructure deployments, and system migrations according to deadlines.</p><p> · Maintain SSL certificates, domain registrations, and system security standards</p><p><br></p>
