<p>Core Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA/FA) and implement corrective actions to prevent repeat failures.</li><li>Utilize SCADA, CMMS, and maintenance data to identify equipment degradation and support predictive maintenance.</li><li>Improve uptime and optimize asset lifecycle in partnership with Maintenance, Operations, and Engineering.</li><li>Develop and maintain reliability programs, spare part strategies, and asset hierarchy improvements in CMMS.</li><li>Track and report KPIs such as MTBF, MTTR, downtime, availability, and warranty life.</li><li>Support and execute RCM initiatives and ensure reliability considerations are included in CapEx planning.</li></ul><p><br></p>

<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or related Engineering field.</li><li>Knowledge of RCA, RCM, predictive maintenance, Weibull/statistical analysis.</li><li>Familiarity with SCADA, CMMS, and equipment performance parameters (vibration, flow, pressure, load, etc.).</li><li>Python/SQL and dashboard experience (Tableau, Power BI, Spotfire) preferred.</li><li>Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.</li></ul><p><br></p>
