<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Design and implement <strong>scalable cloud storage solutions in AWS</strong>, with a strong focus on <strong>S3 bucket architecture, optimization, and governance</strong></li><li>Support and help lead a small solutions team (Cloud Engineering &amp; Storage) while contributing hands-on to technical delivery</li><li>Partner with business units and project managers to <strong>gather storage and infrastructure requirements</strong>, translating them into scalable cloud solutions</li><li>Evaluate current <strong>data center and cloud environments</strong>, recommending improvements, migrations, and modernization strategies</li><li>Manage and optimize <strong>cloud storage platforms (including file/object storage systems such as FFX or similar technologies)</strong></li><li>Provide support for <strong>production environments</strong>, ensuring reliability, performance, and cost efficiency across storage platforms</li><li>Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including limited <strong>end-user interaction and support</strong></li></ul><p><br></p>

<p><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Strong experience designing and implementing solutions within <strong>AWS (S3 required; broader AWS ecosystem preferred)</strong></li><li>Background working in <strong>complex, enterprise-level environments</strong> with large-scale infrastructure</li><li>Experience with <strong>hybrid environments</strong>, including both <strong>cloud and on-prem/data center infrastructure</strong></li><li>Hands-on experience with <strong>enterprise storage platforms</strong> (file, object, or distributed storage systems)</li><li>Ability to translate business requirements into <strong>scalable technical solutions</strong></li><li>Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with business stakeholders and technical teams</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Preferred / Nice to Have:</strong></p><ul><li>Experience with <strong>AI/ML-related infrastructure or storage use cases</strong></li><li>Prior experience in an <strong>experienced, highly structured IT organization</strong></li><li>Exposure to storage technologies such as <strong>Flash/FFX or high-performance storage systems</strong></li><li>Leadership or team mentorship experience</li></ul><p><br></p>
