<p><strong>Summary</strong></p><p>We are seeking a <strong>curious, proactive, and innovative Data Scientist</strong> with expertise in <strong>AI/ML and Large Language Models (LLMs)</strong> to design and deploy AI-driven solutions that deliver measurable business impact. This role involves working with <strong>LLMs, NLP, and deep learning techniques</strong> to build scalable models and translate complex insights into actionable strategies.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><strong>AI/ML Model Development:</strong> Design, train, and fine-tune machine learning and deep learning models, including LLMs for predictive analytics and automation.</li><li><strong>Data Analysis & Feature Engineering:</strong> Collect, process, and analyze structured/unstructured data; engineer features to optimize model performance.</li><li><strong>NLP & Agent-Based Applications:</strong> Develop LLM-based AI solutions with prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and inference optimization.</li><li><strong>Business Impact:</strong> Translate data science methodologies into actionable insights for stakeholders.</li><li><strong>End-to-End Deployment:</strong> Implement MLOps best practices for scalable, reliable model deployment.</li><li><strong>Visualization & Storytelling:</strong> Create dashboards and presentations to communicate findings to non-technical audiences.</li></ul>

<p><strong>Required Skills</strong></p><ul><li><strong>AI/ML Expertise:</strong> Predictive modeling, NLP, deep learning, LLM-based applications (e.g., GPT, BERT, LangChain).</li><li><strong>Programming:</strong> Proficiency in Python; experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face.</li><li><strong>Data Engineering:</strong> Strong SQL skills; experience with Snowflake and data blending.</li><li><strong>Cloud & MLOps:</strong> AWS SageMaker, S3, Redshift; ML pipeline automation.</li><li><strong>Collaboration Tools:</strong> Git for version control and team workflows.</li></ul><p>•<strong>Soft Skills</strong></p><ul><li>Strong business acumen and ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.</li><li>Proactive, innovative mindset with ownership of end-to-end delivery.</li></ul><p> <strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.</li><li>Experience with dashboarding tools (Power BI, Streamlit).</li><li>Familiarity with reinforcement learning and agent-based AI applications.</li></ul>
