We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst to join our team on a contract basis in Greeley, Colorado. In this role, you will analyze and interpret large datasets to deliver actionable insights and support strategic business decisions. Your expertise in data integration systems and analytical tools will be crucial as you collaborate across departments to enhance operational efficiency and identify opportunities for improvement.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Collect, clean, and validate extensive datasets from diverse sources to ensure data accuracy and reliability.<br>• Design and maintain dashboards and visualizations to effectively communicate trends and insights to stakeholders.<br>• Perform statistical analyses to uncover patterns, risks, and opportunities within business processes.<br>• Collaborate with IT and business teams to define data requirements and deliver tailored analytical solutions.<br>• Document data workflows, findings, and methodologies to support transparency and knowledge sharing within the organization.<br>• Present complex analytical results and recommendations in a clear, understandable manner to non-technical audiences.<br>• Manage and optimize automated data pipelines within the data integration system environment.<br>• Troubleshoot and refine data workflows to improve accuracy and efficiency in integration processes.<br>• Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis to support ongoing projects and decision-making.<br>• Utilize advanced tools to map, cleanse, and validate data for improved reliability and actionable insights.

• Proven experience in data analysis, including statistical methods and visualization techniques.<br>• Proficiency in using data integration systems to extract, transform, and load data from various sources.<br>• Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and reporting.<br>• Familiarity with fraud detection, analysis, and investigation methodologies.<br>• Ability to work with large, complex datasets to deliver clear and actionable insights.<br>• Experience in configuring and monitoring automated data workflows and pipelines.<br>• Skilled in documenting processes and sharing best practices to support team collaboration.<br>• Excellent communication skills to effectively present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
