Inventory Clerk
We are looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Clerk to join our team in Fremont, California. In this Contract to permanent position, you will play a key role in managing and maintaining inventory records, ensuring the smooth operation of assembly lines, and supporting annual inventory processes. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong organizational skills and a passion for efficiency.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate supply for assembly line operations.<br>• Maintain accurate records of assets and inventory through systematic tracking procedures.<br>• Participate in annual physical inventory counts to verify stock levels and resolve discrepancies.<br>• Collaborate with team members to streamline inventory processes and improve accuracy.<br>• Conduct routine checks to ensure inventory is stored appropriately and meets quality standards.<br>• Generate inventory reports and provide insights to support operational decision-making.<br>• Assist in identifying areas for inventory optimization and implementing improvements.<br>• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to inventory management.<br>• Respond promptly to inventory-related inquiries and resolve issues as needed.
• Experience with inventory tracking and management systems.<br>• Familiarity with assembly line operations and their inventory needs.<br>• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining accurate records.<br>• Ability to perform physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.<br>• Proficiency in generating and interpreting inventory reports.<br>• Excellent communication skills for collaboration and issue resolution.<br>• Knowledge of asset inventory procedures and best practices.<br>• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
