<p>Enjoy keeping moving parts organized? A growing wholesale distributor is looking for a proactive Logistics Coordinator to help manage daily shipments, carrier schedules, and delivery updates. This position works closely with warehouse personnel, vendors, drivers, and customer service to keep orders moving and resolve issues before they affect customers.</p><p><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></p><ul><li>Schedule inbound and outbound shipments with freight carriers and local delivery providers.</li><li>Track shipments and communicate updates regarding delays, delivery windows, and exceptions.</li><li>Prepare and verify bills of lading, packing lists, delivery paperwork, and shipping records.</li><li>Coordinate with warehouse staff to confirm orders are picked, packed, and ready for dispatch.</li><li>Resolve delivery discrepancies, damaged shipments, and missed pickup appointments.</li><li>Maintain shipment information in the company’s ERP or transportation management system.</li><li>Review freight invoices and flag discrepancies for approval.</li><li>Provide delivery updates to internal teams and customers.</li><li>Maintain carrier contacts, shipment logs, and weekly logistics reports.</li></ul><p><br></p>

<ul><li>1–3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, shipping, or distribution.</li><li>Familiarity with freight carriers and shipping documentation.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.</li><li>Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Experience with an ERP or transportation management system is a plus.</li></ul><p><br></p>
