We are looking for a skilled Systems Engineer to join our team in Des Moines, Iowa. This role involves managing and maintaining technical infrastructure while staying hands-on with server administration, networking, and cloud technologies. If you excel in troubleshooting, performance optimization, and leadership while maintaining your technical expertise, this position offers an exciting opportunity for growth.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Oversee server infrastructure, including VMware, Windows Server, and cloud-based systems such as Azure and Office 365.<br>• Manage and configure networking equipment, including Cisco switches, routers, and Meraki devices.<br>• Troubleshoot and resolve server and network performance issues to ensure seamless operations.<br>• Implement and maintain virtual desktop environments using tools like Citrix and Intune.<br>• Utilize scripting languages like PowerShell to automate processes and improve operational efficiency.<br>• Provide hands-on technical support for systems and networking, ensuring optimal functionality.<br>• Monitor and maintain Active Directory, Exchange Server, and storage systems.<br>• Collaborate with team members to design and deploy scalable IT solutions.<br>• Lead technical projects while mentoring and guiding team members.<br>• Ensure data center operations align with organizational standards and best practices.

• At least 5 years of experience in systems administration and networking roles.<br>• Strong technical expertise in VMware, Windows Server, and Office 365.<br>• Proficiency in managing Cisco networking equipment, including routers and switches.<br>• Hands-on experience with cloud technologies such as Azure.<br>• Familiarity with virtual desktop solutions, including Intune and Citrix.<br>• Solid understanding of Active Directory, Exchange Server, and storage systems.<br>• Knowledge of scripting languages like PowerShell is preferred.<br>• Experience working in a data center environment is a plus.
