This is a permanent, full-time opportunity for a developer who enjoys building solutions, connecting systems, and applying modern tools in practical ways. This role is fully onsite in a cool convenient updated office environment WITH AMMENITIES!!</p><p>This position offers the chance to work in a fast-moving setting where you can help shape applications, improve integrations, and contribute to forward-thinking development initiatives involving AI, APIs, and modern programming technologies.</p><p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p><ul><li>Design, build, and enhance business applications using a mix of Python, C#, JavaScript, and SQL</li><li>Create and support integrations between internal and external systems</li><li>Develop and maintain APIs and web services, including both REST and SOAP-based services</li><li>Write efficient SQL code and improve database performance through query tuning and optimization</li><li>Support data movement, transformation, and modeling across multiple platforms</li><li>Help evaluate technical solutions with a practical build-versus-buy mindset</li><li>Work with AI-enabled tools and modern automation capabilities to improve development workflows and application functionality</li><li>Assist with middleware and integration processes, including authentication and secure API connectivity</li><li>Partner with internal stakeholders to identify technical needs and deliver scalable solutions</li></ul><p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p><ul><li>Experience developing applications in <strong>Python</strong> and/or <strong>C#</strong></li><li>Strong understanding of <strong>SQL development</strong>, database querying, and performance optimization</li><li>Experience modern <strong>JavaScript</strong></li><li>Experience building or consuming <strong>RESTful APIs</strong> and web services</li><li>Familiarity with <strong>SOAP</strong>, system integrations, and data exchange processes</li><li>Background in <strong>data modeling</strong>, <strong>data transformation</strong>, and integration patterns</li><li>Exposure to <strong>API security</strong> methods, including API key authentication</li><li>Experience with <strong>ETL processes</strong>, <strong>Dell Boomi</strong>, or similar integration platforms is highly preferred</li><li>Interest in using <strong>AI in a hands-on software development environment</strong></li><li>Collaborative team environment with strong opportunity to contribute and build</li></ul><p>This is a <strong>AI Web Software Developer Direct Hire position</strong> up to $125k BASE PLUS Bonus + SOLID BENEFITS! • 7+ years of software development experience in backend or full-stack environments.<br>• Strong hands-on expertise with Python and C# for application development.<br>• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, including query writing, optimization, and performance tuning.<br>• Experience designing, building, and consuming RESTful APIs and web services.<br>• Solid understanding of data integration concepts, data modeling, and transformation processes.<br>• Proficiency with modern JavaScript for web application development.<br>• Familiarity with AI technologies or applied artificial intelligence in software engineering contexts.<br>• Experience working with middleware or integration platforms such as Boomi is preferred.
