<p>We are hiring an <strong>Application Support Analyst</strong> to support a municipal technology environment in <strong>Delray Beach, Florida</strong>. This onsite contract-to-hire role is a great fit for someone with experience supporting enterprise applications, troubleshooting system issues, and partnering with business users to maintain reliable day-to-day operations. The position will focus on application support, system administration, reporting, integrations, and ongoing platform enhancements.</p><p>Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Provide daily support for enterprise applications and resolve functional and technical issues.</li><li>Administer and support <strong>Tyler Technologies Munis</strong> and related business systems.</li><li>Monitor and maintain integrations between ERP, content management, and timekeeping platforms.</li><li>Investigate data issues, perform root-cause analysis, and work with stakeholders on resolution.</li><li>Write and run <strong>SQL queries</strong>, reports, and data extracts for business and operational needs.</li><li>Support application installations, deployments, configuration updates, and testing.</li><li>Document support processes, system behavior, and configuration changes.</li><li>Assist with application enhancements and future system projects, including Tyler-related expansions.</li></ul><p><br></p>

<ul><li>Experience supporting enterprise applications in an application support, systems analyst, or similar role.</li><li>Working knowledge of <strong>Tyler Technologies Munis</strong>. (Tyler Munis, Tyler New World etc) </li><li>Experience supporting system integrations and troubleshooting interface issues.</li><li>Proficiency with <strong>SQL</strong> for reporting and data validation.</li><li>Familiarity with <strong>Laserfiche</strong> or similar content management systems.</li><li>Experience with application deployment, configuration, and post-go-live support.</li><li>Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work fully onsite in <strong>Delray Beach, FL</strong>.</li></ul>
