Front Desk Coordinator
<p>We are seeking a motivated, personable, and tech-savvy Front Desk Coordinator to join our team in Columbia, Maryland. If you are organized, proactive, and passionate about creating positive experiences, we invite you to apply.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Welcome and assist visitors, including vendors, clients, and customers, ensuring a detail oriented and friendly first impression.</p><p>• Oversee the completion of necessary paperwork, sign-in protocols, and security procedures.</p><p>• Maintain cleanliness and organization in shared spaces such as the lobby, kitchen, and open work areas.</p><p>• Provide informative tours of office spaces, conference rooms, and virtual workspaces to potential clients.</p><p>• Support sales efforts by assisting new clients with leasing office spaces or booking meeting rooms.</p><p>• Manage special administrative tasks and projects as required to support the team.</p><p>• Operate a multi-line phone system, answering and directing inbound calls efficiently.</p><p>• Deliver concierge-style services to meet the needs of clients and visitors.</p><p>• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth front desk operations and customer satisfaction.</p>
<ul><li>At least 1 year of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or similar role.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse individuals.</li><li>Familiarity with managing multi-line phone systems and directing calls appropriately.</li><li>Ability to handle administrative tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.</li><li>Experience in providing concierge-style services or supporting sales efforts is preferred.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills and the ability to maintain a tidy and detail-oriented workspace.</li><li>Comfortable working in a blended administrative and sales support role.</li><li>Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and adapt to changing priorities.</li><li>Must be comfortable with using different software systems .</li></ul>
