We are looking for an experienced Controller to oversee financial operations and ensure the accuracy of accounting processes. Based in Niles, Illinois, this role will require expertise in full-cycle accounting and the ability to manage financial reporting, budgeting, and operational oversight. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills to guide teams and maintain effective communication with vendors, customers, and internal departments. Responsibilities:• Manage full-cycle accounting processes, including preparing monthly financial reports such as Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets, Cash Flow analyses, Budgets, and Aging Receivables/Payables.• Supervise customer onboarding, sales order processing, bill of materials entry, invoicing, deposit tracking, and collections while monitoring sales and inventory reports.• Oversee vendor setup and maintenance, inventory purchasing and management, and accounts payable activities to ensure smooth operations.• Conduct regular meetings with line managers and the plant manager to review production plans, inventory levels, demand forecasts, and purchasing strategies.• Collaborate with production teams to accurately capture and record production, shipping, receiving, and purchasing activities in integrated systems.• Provide support to the company with inventory tracking, accounts payable and receivable, and financial reporting, including Profit & Loss and Balance Sheets.• Communicate with vendors and customers to address invoices and payment-related concerns effectively.• Lead and manage bookkeepers and production personnel, ensuring their tasks are aligned with organizational goals.

• Full cycle accounting with monthly financial reporting that includes P& L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Budget,Aging Receivables/Payables, and Supporting Reports.• Oversight of timely execution of customer setup, sales orders, bill of materials entry, invoicing, depositlogging, aging receivables monitoring, collections activities, sales and inventory reports• Oversight of timely execution of vendor set up and maintenance, inventory purchasing and management,and accounts payable activities• Regular meetings with line managers and plant manager to review production plans, inventory status,demand, MRP, and purchasing strategies• Liaise with production teams to ensure capture and recording of production, shipping, receiving, andpurchasing activities in SAP B1 and other integrated systems• Support company CPA with inventory, payable, receivable, P& L, and balance sheet reports as needed• Liaise with vendors and customers on invoices and payments• Oversee and manage bookkeeper and production personnel Salary: $130,000Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision
