• Associate&#39;s or Bachelor&#39;s degree in Accounting or a related field.<br>• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in accounting, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll.<br>• Proficiency in month-end close procedures and preparation of financial statements.<br>• Strong knowledge of general ledger maintenance and reconciliation.<br>• Ability to effectively manage document control and scanning processes.<br>• Excellent organizational and communication skills.<br>• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy in financial reporting.<br>• Familiarity with office administration tasks and processes.
