<p>Real Estate Closer</p><p>Location: Lakewood Ranch, FL</p><p>A well-regarded law firm is seeking an experienced Real Estate Closer to join its growing team in Lakewood Ranch. • At least 2 years of experience handling residential real estate closings.<br>• Demonstrated ability to manage transactions independently from contract stage through final closing.<br>• Prior background with a law firm or title company is strongly preferred.<br>• Florida Notary Public certification, or willingness to obtain it shortly after starting.<br>• Title Agent licensure is helpful but not required.<br>• Strong organizational ability with careful attention to detail and document accuracy.<br>• Effective client-facing communication skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines at once.<br>• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with closing platforms or title software is a plus.
