This is a hands-on, client-facing role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can confidently manage residential closings from contract through completion. • At least 2 years of experience handling residential real estate closings. • Demonstrated ability to manage transactions independently from contract stage through final closing. • Prior background with a law firm or title company is strongly preferred. • Florida Notary Public certification, or willingness to obtain it shortly after starting. • Title Agent licensure is helpful but not required. • Strong organizational ability with careful attention to detail and document accuracy. • Effective client-facing communication skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines at once. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with closing platforms or title software is a plus.
