<p>We are looking for a <strong>Senior Associate </strong>to join our client&#39;s <strong>Portfolio Support Group </strong>in their Boston, MA office. This group collaborates with internal deal teams, leadership groups within portfolio operations, and external advisors to support value‑enhancement initiatives, drive operational efficiencies, strengthen governance processes, and optimize resource utilization. As the team continues to expand, the Associate will partner closely with senior leadership to help develop and refine scalable processes that support future growth.</p>

<p><strong>KEYS:</strong></p><ol><li>3-6 years of Management Consulting (MBB or similar EY-P, etc.)</li><li>Good, direct onsite client exposure and can work independently (open as to what focus)</li><li>Advanced data modeling and analytical skills (MS Excel, PowerBI, GenAI, etc.)</li></ol><p><strong>Sell on Job/Perks: </strong></p><ul><li>Premier PE firm.  Very diverse portfolio. </li><li>Great exposure to how the PE industry works and operates at the highest level.</li><li>Growing like crazy. Fundraising very successfully.</li><li>Lots of upside and exposure to good work content, project management.</li></ul><p>Interested candidates should apply, but you can also connect with John Bresnahan, RH Boston here on LI for further emphasis to your candidacy.</p>
