This is a hands-on role focused on Microsoft cloud, modern security, and advanced infrastructure, with junior and mid-level engineers handling day-to-day tickets.</p><p><br></p><p>What You’ll Do</p><p>Lead Cloud Engineering & Architecture</p><ul><li>Architect, deploy, and support solutions across Microsoft 365, Azure, and Azure AD (Entra ID)</li><li>Lead cloud migrations, modernization projects, identity/security enhancements</li><li>Optimize Azure resources including networking, compute, storage, and governance</li><li>Support and improve environments across Microsoft Public Cloud and AWS</li></ul><p>Security Engineering</p><ul><li>Configure and manage Intune, Defender, Sentinel, conditional access, MFA, and Zero Trust policies</li><li>Execute security assessments and implement best‑practice improvements</li><li>Develop secure configurations for identity, endpoint, and cloud environments</li></ul><p>Senior-Level Escalation & Leadership</p><ul><li>Serve as the highest-tier escalation for cloud, security, and infrastructure issues</li><li>Mentor junior and mid-level engineers; provide technical guidance and oversight</li><li>Participate in client strategy, technical roadmapping, and project scoping</li><li>Help refine and enhance internal processes, automation, and service delivery</li></ul><p>Advanced Infrastructure Support</p><ul><li>Oversee higher-level work in Windows Server, virtualization (VMware/Hyper‑V), and networking</li><li>Support firewall technologies (Fortinet, Meraki, Palo Alto, etc.) and modern network design</li><li>Ensure documentation, monitoring, and operational excellence across environments</li></ul><p><br></p>

In this long-term contract role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional on-site technical support and ensuring seamless connectivity across various locations, including job sites and office environments. This position is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented individual who thrives in fast-paced settings and possesses strong problem-solving skills.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Provide direct technical assistance to end users, ranging from executives to interns, ensuring their devices and systems function effectively.<br>• Travel to job sites, including trailers and buildings, to diagnose and resolve technical issues in person.<br>• Install, configure, and maintain network solutions, including routers and wireless systems, to ensure reliable connectivity.<br>• Manage the procurement and deployment of equipment necessary for field operations.<br>• Offer support for laptops, tablets, and other mobile devices, maintaining optimal performance.<br>• Uphold company standards and procedures during all service activities to ensure consistency and compliance.<br>• Collaborate with internal teams to address technical challenges and deliver timely solutions.<br>• Maintain accurate records of service activities and document all work performed for future reference.<br>• Utilize knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, and Palo Alto Firewalls to support system integration and functionality.
