Development Manager
We are looking for a Development Manager to support construction-focused project coordination in Boston, Massachusetts. This is a Contract position suited for someone who can keep schedules on track, organize project documentation, and provide dependable administrative and project support across active assignments. The ideal candidate brings strong planning skills, attention to detail, and the ability to help teams maintain momentum from project kickoff through completion.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Coordinate day-to-day activities for construction-related projects to help ensure milestones, deliverables, and deadlines are met.<br>• Build, maintain, and update master schedules so project teams have clear visibility into timelines and key dependencies.<br>• Track progress against established plans and communicate scheduling changes, risks, or delays to relevant stakeholders.<br>• Organize, scan, and maintain project records, drawings, and other documentation for accurate and accessible file management.<br>• Support project managers with administrative and operational tasks that keep project workflows efficient and well documented.<br>• Monitor multiple concurrent assignments and help prioritize activities to align with overall project objectives.<br>• Assist in preparing status updates, reports, and meeting materials to support informed project decision-making.
• Experience supporting construction projects in a coordination, project assistant, or project management capacity.<br>• Demonstrated ability to manage timelines and maintain detailed project schedules with a high level of accuracy.<br>• Working knowledge of master scheduling principles and schedule tracking within active project environments.<br>• Strong document control skills, including scanning, organizing, and maintaining project files.<br>• Solid project management support experience with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.<br>• Strong communication and organizational skills with close attention to detail.<br>• Proficiency with standard office and project coordination tools used for reporting, scheduling, and documentation.
