<p>Position Summary</p><p>The Senior Manager of Transaction Accounting oversees enterprise-wide accounting operations that support high‑volume financial activity. This role leads the teams responsible for day‑to‑day transaction processing and ensures accuracy, consistency, and compliance across multiple financial systems. The ideal candidate brings strong operational leadership, deep knowledge of accounting fundamentals, and a proven ability to improve processes while scaling teams.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Provide leadership and oversight for transactional accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, travel and expense, fixed assets, and payroll.</li><li>Manage end‑to‑end transaction lifecycles to ensure timely, accurate processing in accordance with company policies, internal controls, and regulatory standards.</li><li>Ensure consistent execution of critical activities such as invoice processing, expense reimbursement, customer billing and collections, asset capitalization and depreciation, and payroll payments.</li><li>Drive efficiencies through process optimization, standardization, and automation across finance operations.</li><li>Establish and maintain strong internal control environments, including compliance with SOX and other applicable requirements.</li><li>Serve as a trusted resource on transactional accounting policies, systems, and best practices, providing guidance and coaching across the organization.</li><li>Partner cross‑functionally with IT, HR, Procurement, and other stakeholders to support integrated systems and aligned business processes.</li><li>Monitor performance through key metrics and reporting, delivering insights and recommendations to senior finance leadership.</li><li>Address and resolve complex or escalated transactional issues, including reconciliation variances and workflow bottlenecks.</li><li>Oversee transaction-related close activities and balance sheet reconciliations for assigned accounting cycles.</li><li>Support internal and external audit activities, including documentation, walkthroughs, and audit inquiries.</li><li>Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations related to payroll, tax, and financial operations.</li></ul><p><br></p>
<p>Our client is searching for a Manager to oversee their fund practice. This role will report directly into the President and CEO of company. You will be in charge of all the fund operations and fund accounting. You will also play a key role in implementing proper controls and policies at the fund management level. Previous experience working at an institutional fund practice is required.</p><p><br></p><p>Our client formed their company several years ago and has been experiencing exponential growth. This role is meant for someone who is attractive to owners with an entrepreneurial mind set. This role is hybrid, with 3 to 4 days onsite at their offices in Coral Gables. This role partners with finance, clinical, pharmacy, operations, quality, human resources, and strategic leadership to strengthen revenue integrity and improve financial outcomes. The Director will oversee key revenue functions, support payer performance, and help build an accountable, high-performing team focused on accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Direct daily revenue cycle activities across patient services and pharmacy billing to promote timely, accurate reimbursement and consistent cash flow.</p><p>• Supervise billing and coding team members, providing coaching, performance guidance, and clear accountability for results.</p><p>• Monitor claim denials, lead appeal efforts, and work with payers to resolve complex reimbursement issues and reduce avoidable revenue loss.</p><p>• Partner with finance leadership on accounts receivable trends, revenue reporting, forecasting, and analysis of financial variances.</p><p>• Evaluate payer performance and reimbursement patterns, recommending strategies that improve collections and support stronger contract outcomes.</p><p>• Collaborate with operational and clinical leaders to strengthen coding accuracy, reinforce documentation standards, and provide education to providers.</p><p>• Oversee effective use of Epic, Rx30, and related revenue systems to improve workflow efficiency, reporting visibility, and billing accuracy.</p><p>• Coordinate with credentialing and human resources partners to help maintain accurate provider enrollment information that supports uninterrupted billing.</p><p>• Work across departments to align revenue cycle priorities with organizational goals, compliance expectations, and service delivery needs.</p>
