Graphic Designer
<p>We are looking for a Graphic Designer to support a collaborative creative team. This position focuses on developing high-quality visual materials across print, digital, and environmental applications, including storefront design elements. The ideal candidate brings strong production design experience, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple design projects in a fast-paced setting.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Manage graphic design projects from initial concept through final production and file delivery for print and digital applications</li><li>Create brand appropriate graphics, layouts, and illustrations based on project needs</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and key stakeholders throughout the creative process</li><li>Participate in project meetings, creative discussions, and presentations</li><li>Solve design challenges involving brand consistency, business objectives, and audience needs</li><li>Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining close attention to detail</li><li>Work independently to concept and execute designs across assigned projects</li><li>Stay current on design applications, production methods, and emerging print and digital trends</li></ul>
<ul><li>3 to 4 years of professional graphic design experience</li><li>Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of print and digital design work</li><li>Expert proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop on Mac OS</li><li>Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office</li><li>Experience with typography, layout, print production, and prepress processes</li><li>Ability to balance creative originality with business and brand objectives</li><li>Strong communication, collaboration, organization, and problem solving skills</li><li>Illustration experience is a plus</li><li>Associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred, but not required</li></ul>
