Executive Assistant
<p>We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to executives in a dynamic and fast-paced tech environment. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. As a Contract to permanent position, this opportunity offers potential for long-term career growth.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Manage executive calendars, ensuring seamless scheduling and prioritization of meetings and appointments.</p><p>• Arrange and coordinate complex travel plans, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.</p><p>• Prepare for executive meetings by organizing agendas, materials, and follow-up actions.</p><p>• Provide day-to-day administrative support, ensuring efficient workflow and communication.</p><p>• Collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute events and special projects.</p><p>• Monitor and manage deadlines, ensuring timely completion of tasks and deliverables.</p><p>• Act as a point of contact for stakeholders, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.</p><p>• Maintain confidential records and files, ensuring data security and accessibility.</p><p>• Assist in project management tasks, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.</p><p>• Adapt to the dynamic needs of a tech startup environment, contributing to its growth and innovation.</p>
<p>• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Senior Administrative Assistant in a corporate or startup setting.</p><p>• Demonstrated expertise in managing calendars and coordinating travel arrangements.</p><p>• Strong proficiency in organizational and time management skills.</p><p>• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.</p><p>• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</p><p>• Familiarity with startup or tech company operations is a plus.</p><p>• Competence in project management and event planning.</p><p>• Proficiency in tools and software relevant to administrative and executive tasks.</p>
