Responsibilities:• Prepare and deliver accurate and timely financial reports while ensuring compliance with organizational standards and regulations.• Oversee job costing, work-in-progress reporting, and project profitability analysis.• Support external audits by providing necessary documentation and ensuring readiness for compliance reviews.• Create and maintain internal controls to uphold company policies and regulatory requirements.• Manage bank and lender compliance reporting, ensuring all submissions are accurate and timely.• Lead a team of 5-7 entry-level financial analysts, providing guidance and fostering growth in attention to detail.• Monitor and track financial performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth financial operations and project alignment.• Assist with document control processes, including scanning, compiling, and organizing financial documents. • Minimum of 8 years’ progressive experience in financial leadership, ideally within construction or project-driven environments.• Proven experience in financial reporting and compliance within a corporate setting.• Strong knowledge of job costing, project profitability analysis, and work-in-progress reporting.• Familiarity with audit processes and regulatory requirements.• Background in financial planning and technical accounting.• Leadership experience, with the ability to manage and mentor a team effectively.• Detail-oriented and skilled in document control, scanning, and organization.• Proficient in analyzing financial data and identifying actionable insights.• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across departments.
