<p>Recruiting Coordinator </p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>We are looking for a detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support a high-volume recruiting function in Aurora, Colorado. This Long-term Contract position is centered on coordinating recruiting operations, keeping administrative tasks on track, and ensuring timely follow-up with hiring teams and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable managing shifting priorities, and confident working in a direct, fast-paced environment where precision and responsiveness are essential.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p><br></p><p>• Coordinate recruiting activities by tracking open requisitions, monitoring progress through each hiring stage, and keeping related administrative work current.</p><p><br></p><p>• Follow up on resume requests, candidate submissions, and manager feedback to help move hiring decisions forward without delay.</p><p><br></p><p>• Prepare and deliver recruiting data, reports, and search results by using internal tools and available resources to respond to stakeholder requests efficiently.</p><p><br></p><p>• Maintain clear notes, action items, and status updates so next steps are easy to identify and execute.</p><p><br></p><p>• Support interview scheduling and appointment coordination to ensure a smooth experience for candidates and hiring teams.</p><p><br></p><p>• Assist with onboarding-related administrative tasks and other recruiting support activities as needed.</p><p><br></p><p>• Adapt to changing daily priorities, shifting assignments quickly while maintaining accuracy and strong attention to detail.</p><p><br></p><p>• Contribute to job posting support over time, including updating established templates and helping tailor postings for new openings when needed.</p>
<p>• 3+ years of experience in an administrative support, or a closely related operational role.</p><p><br></p><p>• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage follow-ups, track multiple workstreams, and maintain accurate records.</p><p><br></p><p>• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift throughout the day.</p><p><br></p><p>• Confidence communicating with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to obtain updates and keep processes moving.</p><p><br></p><p>• Strong note-taking and documentation skills, with the ability to capture clear action items for later use.</p><p><br></p><p>• High attention to detail and comfort working in a direct, feedback-driven workplace.</p>
